Harbinger of a Good Day

I took the butter out of the fridge to soften early enough: my matzoh didn't shatter when I buttered it.

My cousin told me about a high-tech way to deal with the problem. Put little pats of cold butter over the top of the matzoh, and then nuke it in the microwave for about 10 seconds. Her method takes less planning, but more kitchen stuff.
