Last month I ordered a pillow from the
Ethiopian crafts shop, as a reward for all the house-clearing I've been doing, which included throwing out some final scraps of
old rug that my dog liked to lie on. As expected, she sniffed at the pillow and haughtily walked away, lying down on the bare tiles instead. I hoped it was because of the heat, and now, voila!

That is a lucky dog to have such a beautiful pillow.
Oh perhaps a wee bit spoiled? :)
Spoiled? How could that be? Just a bed in every room, freedom to jump on any surface in the house, food and water bowls full at all times, treats and walks upon request (hers to me), intermittent fur-brushing sessions, hardly any baths, and a dog-toothbrushing kit not yet opened? I think I get the best of the deal: a wagging tail to greet me at the door and undying devotion. I think it's the highest level of enlightenment to love and be loved by a dog.

I agree...I remain dog-less since my beloved Springer Spaniel dog, Mollie, died 15 years ago, but oh, the sweet memories and now I have a Granddog who comes to visit often
What a sweet looking doggie and I look forward to seeing both of you (plus the knitting) on You Tube soon.
I'll try that link again.
