Bascically you must wave your arms around (both not just one arm). You should have a little smile on your face so that people do not think it is being nasty. Then you should call some one a Kchazza (pig) or comment on their Tookus (bum), or such like. Enjoy :^)
Thanks! Now it's coming back to me: my Dad calling referring to someone as a Goniff (thief), with great gusto, although I don't remember him waving his arms.

Yiddish insults are supposed to be the most expressive! I wish I knew some (hint, hint).

That may have been my family more than most. I wish I had spent more time when I was younger learning more. I can't even remember any Hebrew either.
