Well, maybe they're bulls, but whatever they are, they pulled up to greet me an hour ago as I took Shuki down to Rothschild Blvd. for her evening walk. After doing a double-take to make sure I wasn't hallucinating, I ran home to get my camera, and you can see more photos of the Tel Aviv bulls on flickr.
The truckers told me the bulls are going to be installed up and down the boulevard, but the only reason they could give was that "the mayor has too much money." I wonder whether this is supposed to signal a bull market?
There is definitely life outside my apartment!

If the bears come next, you know it's a sure sign that Wall Street has invaded your neighborhood.
The orange one caused me to think of the golden calf idol.
Fred - you're right. They have. The whole project is in honor of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange! I'll post this morning's photos later today.
Anonymous - I had a similar association today, with the glint of golden sunlight on all of them, to be displayed in my next post. (By the way, do we know each other IRL?)
They're hideous. I'm sorry.
I take it back. They're all very intriguing and some of them are quite pretty.
We had a Cow Parade in Harrisburg, PA last year. It was wonderful fun.
My daughter, dddragon, has a link on her blog about them. She got to paint one of them.
It seems a lot like the cow parades that were in so many American cities the last few years.
No, we don't know each onther in real life.
