Hag Pesach Sameach! Happy Passover!

Happy Passover! Hag Pesach Sameach!

The Ten Plagues toys ("Plagues in a Bag") come from the Simon Wiesenthal Museum of Tolerance gift shop. They're a very big hit at the Little Bear household.

Oh man, plagues in a bag!

At my friends' seder they usually have props for each plague. Plastic spiders, ping-pong balls, etc.

Tamar - I have every intention of being around in early June, G_d willing! Looking forward to meeting you then.

Jo - I am so glad you got to attend a seder with props. It shows your friends have the spirit of reverence for hilarity.

Lovely to hear from you, paulmonster and that girl. I have some leftover matzo ball soup in the fridge (it improves with age, y'know)...I would LOVE to get rid of it, ooops...I mean feed it to you both!

Well, happy belated birthday! I'm not sure if it's still kosher, but there's this great little diner around the corner from my house, and they make french toast using challah bread. Vermont maple syrup. Absolutely delicious. I would send some if it could keep. And, you know, if it were still kosher.

The 'plagues in a bag' thing could really take off. I'm thinking of 'commandments in a bag,' 'plush prophets in a bag,' 'apostles in a bag' (for the gentile crowd)...

Paulmonster - I like "commandments in a bag" myself. So go for it! When you get to be rich and famous, come and visit me...I hate airports! And don't worry about whether the French toasted challah is kosher...I eat everything (except ginger and hot chili peppers).
