About Cousin Lucy
- The woman depicted in the spoon is Cousin Lucy (1889-1983), who gave me the spoon and many gifts of her time and skill as a seamstress. She was my mom's favorite cousin. I had always thought the spoon was from Israel, but discovered only recently that it was bought in New York.

Sava I love that cartoon site "Blaugh" Did you see the one recently about "Happy Birthday Millie?" Millie, an elder blogger just turned either 80 or 81 (I forgot) had her very own "Blaugh" happy birthday card on the site...
