Hi -- Glad you are home safe and sound. Take good care of yourself. Will you be having your soup salon anytime soon?

Chancy - This was my soup salon. Yesterday.

John - I don't think those green things are limes. I think they're green lemons, 'cause they don't taste limey and in any case have hardly any juice.

Looks yummy, though I have to say that the glass of white wine I just had with lunch did the trick quite nicely as well.

Love your ceramic tiles, BTW!

She - Oh those tiles. I like them when they are viewed separately from my beloved kitchen counters, which are a completely different kind of brown (cool vs. warm) and don't "go together" to my Western Eyes. The kitchen decorator, circa 1956, was definitely not a Westerner, but I have gotten used to tolerating his taste because the alternative is unthinkable, scary, too expensive, too much trouble, anti-historical, etc. etc.
